Sulphur 40% suspension (Colloidal) Concentrate is in colloidal form with particle size of less than 5 micron and Sulphur content in this colloidal form is 40% of total solids.

Sulphur 40% Suspension (Colloidal) Concentrates, when sprayed forms a thin film covering on the total exposed area of plants. Thus it provides a much better protection against fungus infestation than dusting sulphur powder, as it stays on plants for longer period as a fine film of sulphur.Additional advantage in using"Sulphur 40% Suspension (Colloidal) Concentrates" is that it will have no scorching effect on tender leaves, berries or fruits.

Direction of Use

Plant Protection Equipment: Knapsack sprayer, wheel barrow sprayer, compression knapsack sprayer ect. fitter with hollow cone nozzle. Sulphur 40% suspension (Colloidal) concentrate can be applied by convention knapsack sprayer or with power operated sprayer fitted with high volume nozzles.

Shake the bottle vigorously for 2-5 minutes to form a homogeneous mixture before dilution. The concentration to be used will depend on the nature of crop and intensity of disease. The prepared mixture should be sprayed within 30-40 minutes after preparing the mixture. If the spraying period is longer then stir the solution at an interval of every 40 minutes. Preferably spray early morning.

Precaution
  • Keep away from foodstuffs, empty foodstuff containers and animals food.
  • Avoid contact with mouth, eyes and skin.
  • Avoid inhalation the spray mist. Spray in the direction of wind.
  • Wash thoroughly the contaminated clothes and parts of the body after spraying.
  • Do not smoke, drink, eat and chew anything while spraying.
  • Wear full protective clothing while mixing and spraying.
Symptoms Of Poisoning

Nausea, vomiting, headache and irritation to the bronchii, eyes and lungs may occur.

First Aid
  • If swallowed, induce vomiting by tickling the back of throat. Repeat it until the vomitus is clear. Do not induce vomiting if the patient is unconscious.
  • If clothing and skin are contaminated, remove the clothes and wash the contaminated skin with copious amount of soap and water.
  • If eyes are contaiminated, flush with plenty of saline/clean water for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • If inhaled, remove the patient to fresh air.
Phytotoxicity

The product is not phytotoxic when used as per field recommendation.

Antidote

No specific antidote is known. Treat Symptomatically.

Disposal Of Used Container
  • Empty containers shall be broken and buried away from habitation.
  • The used packages shall not be left outside to prevent their reuse.
  • Packages or surplus materials and washing from the machines and containers should be disposed of in a safe manner so as to prevent environmental or water pollution.
Storage Conditions
  • The packages containing the insecticides shall be stored in separate rooms or premises away from the rooms or premises used for storing other articles shall be kept in separate almiraha under lock and key depending upon the quantity and nature of material.
  • The rooms or premises meant for storing the insecticides shall be well built, dry well lit, and ventilated and of sufficient dimension to avoid contamination with vapours.
