Hexaconazole 5% + Validamycin 2.5 % SC
Hexaconazole 5%+ validamycin 2.5 % sc is a systematic
fungicide containing 5 % hexaconazole and 2.5% validamycin active ingredient along with
adjuvant it is recommended for control of nsheath blight and blast diseasein paddy crop
at the rate of 1000ml formulation per hectare in 500 liters water with a minimum pre
harvest interval (phi) of 22 days

Precautions
- Wash contaminated clothes and parts of the body after application
- Wear full protective clothing during application
- Avoid inhalation, do not smoke, drink , eat and anything during application
WARNING:
- Not to be used on crops and pests other than those mentioned on the label and
leaflet
- Not to be used for post-harvest Treatment
- Destroy the container after use as specified on leaflet
Symptoms Of Poisoning
Nervousness, headache giddiness, nausea , vomiting ,tremors
, convulsions , allergic

First Aid
- Ingestion: For ingestion rinse mouth and administer 5 ml/kg up to 200 ml of
water for
dilution if the patient can swallow has a strong gag reflex, and does not drool Do not
induce vomiting .if vomiting occurs lean patient forward or place on the left side (head
down position, if possible ) to maintain an open airway and prevent aspiration keep
patient
quiet and maintain normal body temperature obtain immediate medical attention
- Inhalation: if patient is not breathing start artificial respiration perform
cardio-respiratory resuscitation,
If necessary
- Skin contamination : Skin contamination should be treated promptly by washing
with soap and
water with plenty of water if dermal irritation persists medical attention should be
obtained without delay
- Eye contamination: immediately flush contaminated eyes gently with flowing
water for 15
minutes if ocular irritations persists medical attention should be obtained without
delay

Disposal Of Used Container
- Dispose packages or surplus materials and washing in a safe manner so as to prevent
environmental or water pollution
- The packages shall be broken and buried away from habitations
- Take care to avoid environmental contamination
Storage Conditions
- Store in cool and dry place. Room used for storage must be well built and
ventilated and
of sufficient dimensions to avoid contamination with
- Store the fungicide in its original pack away from the reach of children,
irresponsible
persons and animals in a separate room under lock and key
- Animal feed should not be stored in room where the chemical is stored
- Do not use open fire/flame in the place of storage
