Direction of Use

Method and Time of Application Spray with the help of knapsack sprayer using flat fan nozzle on soybean at 15 to 20 days after sowing. Direction for Use Application Equipment: 1) Knapsack sprayer fitted with flat fan nozzle, is to be used for applying the herbicide. 2) Preparation of Spray Emulsion:- Add slowly the required quantity of herbicide to water and stir well with a stick or rod till it is properly emulsified.

Precautions
  • Avoid inhalation, Skin & skin contact.
  • Do not use bare hands and always use rubber gloves & face masks while handling the herbicide.
  • Do not eat-drink, chew or smoke while handling the herbicide.
  • Wash contaminated skin & clothes with soap and plenty of water.
  • Keep away from animal feed and foodstuff.
  • Spray in the direction of wind and wear full protective clothing while mixing the herbicide.
Symptoms Of Poisoning

No specific symptoms of poisoning but lethargy, headache, nausea, giddiness, vomiting and anxiety may occur.

First Aid
  • If in Eyes Rinse eye with clean water for several minutes. Call a doctor for further treatment advice, if required.
  • In on Skin or Clothing Remove contaminated clothing and thoroughly wash the affected parts of the body with the soap and water. Call a doctor for further treatment advice, if required.
  • If Inhaled Remove the affected person to a well ventilated area or fresh air. If person is not breathing, give him artificial respiration. Call a doctor for further treatment advice, if required.
  • If ingestion If person is conscious and alert, rinse mouth with water and give 1 or 2 glass of water to drink. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Call the doctor. Do not induce vomiting until and unless desired by attending physician.

Antidote

No specific antidote. Gastric lavage at early stage is recommended. Treat symptomatically.

Disposal Of Used Container
  • Dangerous to reuse empty containers.The used packages should not be left outside to prevent their re-use.
  • The packages shall be broken and buried away from habitation.
  • Packages or surplus materials and washings should be disposed off in a safe manner so as to prevent environmental or water pollution.
Storage Conditions
  • The packages containing herbicide should be stored in original containers in separate rooms and premises, away from the rooms or premises used for storing other articles particularly food or shall be kept in separate almirahs under the lock & key.
  • The packages containing the herbicide should be stored / transported in such a manner that they do not come in contact with foodstuffs and animal feeds.
  • The rooms or premises meant for storing the herbicide shall be well built, well lit and ventilated and of sufficient dimension to avoid contamination with vapour.
