It is a weedicide which contains 54% active ingredient glyphosate in the form of Isopropyl-amine salt and balance inert ingredient by mass.

Direction of Use

As in leaflets (Equipment used in application).

Time of Application

Apply as directed spray when the weeds are young and actively growing. Herbicide should be sprayed from ground only, care should be taken for drift hazard to the adjoining crop fields.

Precaution
  • Avoid inhalation and skin contact.
  • Do not eat, drink, chew or smoke while in use.
  • Destroy empty container after use.
  • Keep in a cool dry place away from heat or open flame.
Symptoms Of Poisoning

Headache, giddiness, nausea, vomiting and convulsion.

First Aid
  • If swallowed, gastric lavage with warm water.
  • Wash contaminated skin and clothes and irrigate eyes with plenty of clean water.
  • Remove the patient into fresh air.
Phytotoxicity

The product is not phytotoxic when used as per field recommendation.

Antidote

Symptomatic treatment to control convulsion, Phenobarbital (upto 0.7 gm per day) may be given.

Disposal Of Used Container
  • The packages shall be broken and buried away from habitation.
  • The used packages shall be not left outside to prevent their reuse.
  • The packages or surplus material and washing from machines should be disposed in a safe manner so as to prevent environmental or water pollution.
Direction of Use
  • The packages containing the herbicide shall be stored in separate rooms or premises away from the rooms or premises used for storing other articles or shall be kept in separate almirah under lock and key depending upon the nature of quality of material.
  • The rooms or premises meant for storing the material shall be well built, dry, well lit, ventilated and sufficient dimensions to avoid contamination with vapour.
