Cypermethrin 10% + Indoxacarb 10% w/w SC
Cypermethrin 10% + Indoxacarb 10% w/w SC is a pre-mix
suspension concentrate containing Cypermethrin a.i. @ 100 gm per lit and
Indoxacarb a.i. @ 100 gm per lit formulation. It is recommended for the control of
jassid, thrips, and bollworms in cotton crop.

Direction Of Use
Plant Protection Equipment: It is recommended to use
Knapsack sprayer or motorized Knapsack sprayer fitted with high volume nozzle. Take the
measured quantity of insecticide and add to it a small quantity of water, mix thoroughly
and then add remaining quantity of water. Stir well to form a ready to use spray. Do not
spray against the wind.
Time of Application
"The product is toxic to honeybee & fish. Do not spray when
honeybees are active & foraging"
Precautions
- Keep away from foodstuffs, empty foodstuff containers and animal food.
- Avoid contact with mouth, eyes and skin.
- Avoid inhalation of the spray mist.
- Wash thoroughly the contaminated clothes and parts of the body after spraying.
- Do not smoke, drink, eat and chew anything while spraying.
- Wear full protective clothing while mixing and spraying.
- Do not spray against the wind.
Symptoms Of Poisoning
Nervousness, anxiety, tremor, convulsions, mild eye
irritation with tearing, pain or blurred vision, itching, burning, redness, swelling or
rashes on skin. Vapour inhalation may cause irritation of the upper respiratory passages
with coughing and discomfort.
First Aid
- If clothing and skin are contaminated, remove the clothes and wash the contaminated
skin with copious amount of soap and water.
- If eyes are contaminated, flush with plenty of saline/clean water for about 10 to 15
minutes.
- If inhaled, remove the patient to fresh air.
- If swallowed, induce vomiting by tickling the back of throat. Repeat it until the
vomit is clear. Do not induce vomiting if the patient is unconscious. Get medical
help immediately.
Phytotoxicity
It is non phytotoxic, when applied as per the
recommentations
Antidote
There is no specific antidote. Treat symptomatically.
Disposal Of Used Container
- Empty containers shall be broken and buried away from habitation.
- The used containers or package shall not be left outside to prevent their re-use.
- The package or surplus material and washing from the machines and containers shall
be disposed off in a safe manner so as to prevent environmental and water pollution.
Storage Conditions
- The packages containing the insecticides shall be stored in separate rooms or
premises away from the rooms or premises used for storing other articles or shall be
kept in separate almirah under lock and key.
- The rooms or premises meant for storing the insecticides shall be well built, dry,
well-lit, ventilated and of sufficient dimensions to avoid contamination with vapour
